We listen first.

Most organisations reach us saying "our social media is not working". By the end of the conversation the problem is usually not social media. No channel works until it is clear who you are speaking to, what for, and in what language.

So we do not put a proposal on the table in the first meeting. We try to understand what you do, what you want to change, and how much time and resource you actually have. Sometimes the answer is "you do not need us for this", and we are not shy about saying so.

Write to us even if your budget is tight. We cannot take every job, but we reply to every message and tell you if there is something we can do.
