Communications strategy
We get clear on who you are speaking to, what for and in what language. Choosing channels comes after that.
Most problems that reach us look like channel problems and are not. No channel works until an organisation is clear about what it wants to say.
We talk through what you do, who you do it for and what you want to change. Out of that comes a plan: audiences, core messages, and how those are said in which channels. It is written to be used, not shelved, so who does what and when is stated plainly.
With some organisations this ends with a single strategy document. With others it becomes advisory work that runs for years.
